Job Description

MONY Group’s mission is to help households save money, we supply products from over 800 financial providers to more than 24 million unique monthly visitors, helping UK households save approx. £2bn each year, something we’re incredibly proud of. However, our market is highly competitive, and our customers deserve even more, so we’re constantly improving our platform, products and ways of working.

Quidco is part of the MONY Group and is a leading cashback site that rewards customers for shopping with brands they love, helping them make the most of their shopping experience by earning cashback on their purchases.

Decision Tech is the B2B arm of MONY Group. We are a market-leader in providing B2B comparison services, with a thriving network of white label, API and affiliate partners across a broad range of products.

We operate as an agile, specialist business unit, focussed on building partnerships through a network of both affiliate and white label partners, offering customers different routes into interacting with our products.

Our team has a fun, fast paced and vibrant culture. Everyone is collaborative, committed to one another, and brings industry leading skills and experience. We believe that our team is at the centre of our continued success.

We work hard to get the right people on board and have created an environment in which you can thrive. We celebrate fresh ideas and enthusiasm, and we seek team members that will bring these qualities and more.

This is an exciting time to join Decision Tech, as we embark on the delivery of new strategic horizons in 2025 and beyond. We’re looking for someone whose ambition matches ours and wants to drive their career forward during this next phase of Decision Tech’s growth.

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who will play a critical role in driving new member acquisition through effective affiliate marketing strategies. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, have a strong background in affiliate and influencer marketing, and are excited to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As the Affiliate Manager specialising in new member acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners to drive high-quality leads to Quidco, ensuring they convert into active users. You will work with a diverse portfolio of affiliates, optimise campaigns, and establish relationships that maximise the growth of our user base. Additionally, a proportion of this role will be managing existing B2B Motor and Home white label partnerships.

Reporting into the Head of Business Development and alongside the MoneySuperMarket Affiliate Manager, you’ll get exposure to multiple teams across the business in your delivery of consistent, effective and scalable strategies.

What will you be doing?

• Responsibility for managing and optimising the Quidco affiliate programme, focussing on cost-effective, new member acquisition converting them to active members.

• Research, identify and recruit high-potential affiliate and influencer partners, negotiate terms and onboard them to grow the Quidco network.

• Implement innovative recruitment strategies to ensure continuous growth of relevant, highquality affiliates and influencers.

• Manage some of our Tier 2 Motor and Home white label partnerships.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance across affiliates and influencers to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate on joint promotions, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive offers to increase new member sign-ups.

• Full ownership of the budget, working alongside Finance to manage and track spend effectively, ensuring we don’t exceed spend

• Contribute to finance and data processes (performance reporting, validations etc)

• Stay updated on industry trends, attending conferences and networking events as required to expand and maintain relationships.

About you

• Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing, ideally managing an inhouse programme in the loyalty, cashback or e-commerce industry.

• Proven track record in affiliate and influencer marketing, focusing on new customer acquisition and measurable revenue growth.

• Experience working with affiliate networks (e.g. Awin) and managing large-scale affiliate and influencer programs.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and best practices for influencer partnerships.

• A high level of analytical ability, able to translate data into actionable insight to generate growth and new opportunities. Strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas, look ups and pivot tables)

• Able to work autonomously, setting your own agenda and priorities on a day-to-day basis, while also working with the wider Quidco and B2B team.

• To be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities to tight deadlines.

• Highly resilient, with the ability to adapt to change quickly

• Commercially astute with an ability to understand key trading levers and performance drivers.

• A natural curiosity and desire to innovate and try new things.

• You’ll have a creative approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail, always producing high quality work.

• Ability to quickly grasp technical aspects of a role

• Good understanding of core marketing channels, and executional considerations

• Experience working with an affiliate network and experience using the Awin reporting interface (preferable, but not essential)

Please note: The role will be London-based (Tuesday and Wednesday in the office) with a potential requirement for very occasional travel in the UK.

We're an inclusive, anti-racist and equal opportunity employer that values diversity. This means we respect and embrace differences in gender identity, race, ethnic origin, sexual expression and orientation, religion and faith, age, marital status, disability, neurodiversity, social background, education and way of thinking. We’re a place where you can be you.

Our customers and users come from different backgrounds, as do our colleagues.
