You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on our business performance as you support the data strategy and lead the development of custom models/algorithms. Working in close partnership with the business leadership team, you will manage the vision and agenda for business analytics in your area of responsibility.

Role Purpose/Mission

  • Lead a team of cross functional & market specialists to design intelligent Marketing Mix measurement & lead digital transformation at a global scale in service of BU brands.

  • Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to deliver state of the art Marketing Mix measurement.

  • Bring a holistic view connecting Brand performance with Media Investment, Promotions, Price Strategy and Availability/Visibility.

  • Work on development of custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance.

  • Support the data strategy in your area of responsibility, which encompasses data collection architecture, data governance, and data reporting infrastructure.

How you will contribute:

MMM transformation

  • Investigate, plan and execute a new operating model for MMM delivery that will bring economies of scale, simulation capabilities and a more holistic view of business performance.

  • Define key stakeholders impact, risks and opportunities, and execute a robust communication plan to drive organizational change.

  • Develop new processes and ways of working.

Media Performance Reporting

  • Consolidate local Media ROI results into a Global Report.

  • Derive insights on Brands performance, Saturation curves and opportunities to redirect investment.

  • Support defining Media ROI targets for short/longer term.

  • Set and communicate overall MMM objectives, timing, deliverables through SLAs.

MMM Center of Excellence

  • Communicate latest trends on MMM development, Media trends and other relevant topics for the Insights & Analytics global community.

  • Develop new capabilities and deliver trainings on MMM, Media performance, Media simulation and optimization.

Joint Business Plan / Supplier management

  • Define the short list of “Approved MMM vendors” globally for BUs to follow the global guideline.

  • Negotiate rate cards and service level agreement with selected vendors, including data integration, step by step process, SLA’s with BUs, penalties, etc.

  • Support the Joint Business Plan process with key partners such as Google, Meta, etc.

Team management and resource prioritization

  • Lead, support and coach the Global MMM team.

  • Prioritize work and allocate resources – to support delivery against agreed SLAs

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 10+ years' experience in Data analysis and modelling: ability to drive robust statistical analysis and modelling techniques.

  • Transformation and change management experience.

  • MMM expertise: deep understanding on MMM, including best practice of how to translate MMM insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Effective communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders.

  • SLAs and prioritization: experience of setting and managing SLAs.

  • Storytelling with data to convey complex information clearly.

  • Staying updated on industry trends, new methodologies, and tools.

  • Understanding of marketing concepts, channels, and tactics.

  • Knowledge of advertising, promotions, pricing, and product strategies.

  • Experience in best practice of data collection, validation, and cleaning.

  • Knowledge of databases and data manipulation tools.

For US Locations:

The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
