Who are PCM Specialist (Product Change Management Specialist)?

PCM is the home of project managers working on changes to our fantastic products. This could be changes to the formula, packaging, creating promotional artwork, delisting products or launching brand news ones.

You will spend your time...

maintaining good data using a Global Project Managemnt Tool (Accolade) and ensuring your projects are on track, seeking support if it goes off track.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Project management skills: experience with or aptitude for managing projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Methodical approach: strong attention to detail and a systematic way of working.

  • Organization skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Stakeholder management: excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals.

  • Curiosity and proactiveness: a naturally inquisitive mindset, not afraid to ask questions or seek support when needed.

  • Eagerness to learn: a commitment to personal and professional development, with a genuine desire to acquire new skills and knowledge and grow within the function.

Work schedule: 36 hours (8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm), Hybrid work, you will be 3 days in the office.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and full-time role.
