Main Responsibilities

Leadership in Digital Transformation:

  • Collaborating closely with Treasury sub-functions and deeply understanding their business needs, lead initiatives to automate and digitalize treasury data analysis, controlling & reporting processes.

  • Champion the adoption of advanced reporting tools and AI-driven solutions for continuous improvement.

Data Integration and Management:

  • Design and implement solutions to pool data from various sources, including S4HANA Treasury, SAP ECC, banking & trading platforms, and other internal/external systems.

  • Build and maintain centralized Treasury data lake to support comprehensive data analysis.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop dynamic, user-friendly reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms.

  • Enhance the Treasury team's ability to analyze large datasets quickly and effectively.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Receivables, Tax, Accounting, and other relevant teams to understand reporting requirements.

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automation to streamline workflows.

  • Leverage AI solutions to continuously refine and enhance reporting capabilities.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and guidance to Treasury team members on new tools and technologies.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for automated reporting solutions.

  • Support to build up Treasury automatic reporting CoE & coach end users.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Treasury processes and reporting requirements.

  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting/visualization platforms.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as S4HANA Treasury Management and SAP ECC.

  • Proficiency in database management and data integration tools (e.g., Google Cloud, SQL, APIs).

  • Familiarity with AI solutions and their application in financial reporting and analysis.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • High motivation for change and continuous improvement.

  • Strong curiosity and fast learning capabilities, particularly with emerging technologies.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 4300€ plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in Treasury operations, banks or Treasury consulting, or other related roles.

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives in financial reporting.

  • Certifications in data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are preferred.
