Job Description

Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.

In this role, you will lead Integration Delivery for a significant business transformation program for the next four years aimed at achieving End-to-End Business Excellence by migrating from a legacy SAP ERP solution and its ecosystem to the industry-leading cloud-based SAP S/4HANA platform.

The role of an Integration Delivery SME in managing end-to-end (E2E) integration delivery across multiple technologies for a large SAP transformation program is critical to ensuring that all integration efforts are successfully aligned, planned, executed, and delivered on time. This role focuses on overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring that integration solutions are delivered by System Integrator and meets technical requirements.

How you will contribute

E2E Integration Design and Strategy

  • Collaborate with the integration architect, platform engineering and SAP technical teams to finalize the integration architecture, ensuring it supports the business processes and transformation goals.
  • Ensure that the SI follows the organization's DevOps principles and adheres to the integration strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and automation requirements.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination

  • Coordinate between multiple teams working on different integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO/ Integration Suite, MuleSoft, B2B, Talend, etc.) to ensure that all integrations are developed and tested in a cohesive manner.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify and manage risks related to integration, including delays, technical challenges, resource constraints, and interdependencies across systems.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies together with Integration architects, Platform Engineering to address integration challenges before they impact the overall S4/O9 transformation timeline.

Quality Assurance and Deliverables

  • Ensure that all deliverables from the SI are rigorously tested before they are integrated into the overall system, including unit testing, system testing, integration testing (IT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform regular audits of the SI’s work to ensure adherence to the project’s quality standards and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.

Change and Release Management

  • Work with the DevOps Continuous Delivery team to ensure that any integration-related changes are properly controlled and approved, following the organization's change management protocols.
  • Oversee the deployment of integration solutions into production environments, ensuring that deployment plans are well-documented, rehearsed, and aligned with the broader S4/O9 go-live strategy.

What you will bring

Deep Knowledge of SAP Integrations:

  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP integration methodologies, including SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, BAPIs, IDocs, ALE, and OData services.
  • Familiarity with SAP's modular structure (e.g., SAP FI, MM, SD, HR) and how these modules interact with external systems.

Project and Program Management Expertise:

  • Strong project management skills, including managing large, multi-phase programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) to track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Technical Leadership:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams across multiple integration technologies, ensuring alignment on delivery, design, and architecture.
  • Familiarity with various integration technologies, including middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), message brokers, and API gateways.

Vendor Management Expertise:

  • Strong experience in managing third-party vendors or system integrators, with the ability to hold them accountable for delivering on their commitments.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex integration topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and reporting progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

Problem-Solving and Risk Management:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex integration challenges and navigate competing priorities.
  • Expertise in risk management, with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks related to integration delivery.

Agility and Adaptability:
