As our Service Delivery Manager, your goal will be to deliver project outcomes to Japanese clients responsibly and satisfy them by precisely identifying and defining their requirements, ensuring that our deliverables align with their expectations through diligent management.

Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee AI-driven research projects, ensuring they meet client expectations for timeline, budget, and quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for Japanese clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring needs are met. Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions.
- Market and Cultural Expertise: Utilise understanding of Japanese business culture to adapt services and inform product development. Provide insights on client needs.
- Project Coordination and Reporting: Define project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Communicate client requests to the project team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for service delivery, continuously improving processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Technical and AI Expertise: Communicate technical aspects of AI solutions, working closely with technical teams. Stay updated on the latest AI technologies.
Your background?
- Significant experience in service delivery management, preferably within AI industry.
- Proven track record of managing projects and client relationships in the Japanese market.
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken and an understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
- Understanding of data analysis tools and software.

This role is a hybrid role with the expectation that someone be in the office 1 day per week.
