As a Technology Specialist, you will engage with and guide customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. Leverage sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. Understand customer needs, collect customer feedback, and provide strategic input to customers. This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate Microsoft solutions to prove capabilities, apply architectures to client scenarios, and engage in partner sell-with scenarios to leverage partner ecosystem. Act as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.

Responsibilities

  • You will engage with and reaches out to customers with coaching and guidance from others and develop an understanding of current customer context and anticipate next steps as well as drive technical wins with support from peers.
  • You will engage other resources, leveraging basic resource knowledge for key areas of technology as needed to overcome technical blockers on assigned technology set.
  • You will engage in partner sell-with scenarios, build your awarenss of parter technical capacity through observation and review customer interactions to raise competitive information and contribute to the product strategy by soliciting and communication customer feedback.
  • You will tailor Microsoft standard messaging to the aidience using knowledge of specific Microsoft products and contribute to demonstrations of soluitons and present reference architecture to partners or customers for key parts of their technology sets.
  • You will build your own awareness of digital transformation sales methodoligies and consume and levrage readienss materials to expand your domain knowledge and practice expertise as you promote readiness to internal teams and actively participate as a member of the Microsoft tech community.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards and/or technology management.
