Job Description

Microsoft AI is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to help develop and deliver health industry partnerships. In this role, you will support the full spectrum of healthcare go-to-market activities, from strategy development through to hands-on delivery.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development – work closely with executive leaders to develop and validate strategy, thorough deep desk research, financial and data analysis and synthesis. Production of presentation materials to a highly polished level with only high level direction and oversight. Leadership of individual projects from inception through to final delivery.
  • Partnership Development – establish and cultivate relationships with leaders of internal teams, attend, support and run executive-level meetings with internal and external partners. Develop and own individual partner relationships from first contact through to in-market execution.
  • Market Insight – maintain an understanding of customers, competitors, partners, business models, market sizing, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities and threats to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Full Stack – by design we will remain a lean founding team (albeit within a much larger org), and as such you will need to be highly self-sufficient, and span from high level strategy through to ground-level execution on a wide range of tasks. This also means you will play a major role in promoting a positive team culture.

*To apply for this position, please submit your CV along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role.

**Due to the festive break we will be in touch with candidates from w/c 6th January regarding next steps.
