The Solution Specialist, Biz Apps role will be part of the EMEA Cloud Commercial Solutions (CCS), responsible for supporting all EMEA Areas and key Countries to overachieve their cloud targets, capture full market potential and gain share across all our Cloud Commercial Solutions. The CCS Team works closely with our entire field STU and CSU leaders and in tight collaboration with all other functional leaders (AVPs / GMs, ATU/SE&O/GPS) to coach and support them towards strengthening the overall quality of their Cloud Solution plans and the consistency of their execution. We engage with the Field to help optimize and prioritize existing resources, explore untapped market opportunities, address compete challenges, accelerate key opportunities and take full advantage of our global network of expert tools & resources (e.g.: GBBs, SPT, Engineering, DWR, IAR, MSX, etc) and best practices. This highly expert team will take full accountability of the overall cloud revenue and usage / consumption targets of EMEA as a success metric, to ensure full alignment with field leadership objectives.

The Solution Specialist collaborates closely with the respective STU, CSU and SE&O communities to catalyze business performance and support the teams in solving challenges and blockers. They will be agile in sharing learnings and best practices and will be coaching the Field to explore all resources to accelerate accounts and opportunities outcomes. Key responsibilities cover:

  • Business Performance: Strengthen EMEA Sol. Areas Plans/ Bridges for >100% att., capture TAM/ Share, leverage prio Sales Plays, Resources & Best Practices;
  • Execution Excellence: Coach Field to explore all resources (priority sales plays, white space/ propensity, MCEM/ CAF, DWR, deal clinics, MSX hygiene/ insights, weekly manager / seller rhythms) to accelerate pipe / revenue / consumption
  • Deal coaching: support complex/top deals with proactive coaching to strengthen differentiation, solve blockers & assist key customer pursuits
  • Drive clarity of targets & progress: establish weekly targets and communicate progress / disseminate best practices
  • Coach & support Field Solution Areas to build higher quality & consistent execution across all Areas/Countries & SA
  • Coach Countries to minimize standard deviation and speed execution leveraging VSUs / Corp guidance
  • Team collaboration to ensure all sales targets / revenue are overachieved

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven Business Leadership (BG /Country GM) & Sales (ATU/STU) experience
  • Solution Area Experience : Biz Apps D365 (Customer Experience, Customer Service, F&O) and/or Cross Solutions
  • Strong Communications & influencing skills
  • Experience in leading within Corp / Matrix organizations
