Job Description
We are seeking a talented Talent Sourcer to join our Engineering Sourcing team, specifically focusing on sourcing Artificial Intelligence Research talent.

Responsibilities
- Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top Artificial Intelligence Research Talent.
- Directly partner with business leaders and internal recruiters in defining, engaging and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Understanding AI Research: Deep knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing and computer vision.
- Identifying Key Talent: Ability to identify and engage with top AI researchers and engineers who are leaders in their field.
- Collaboration with AI Teams: Working closely with AI research teams to understand their specific needs and challenges, and to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Networking in AI Communities: Building and maintaining relationships within AI research communities, attending conferences, and participating in relevant forums and groups.
- Evaluating AI Talent: Assessing candidates' technical skills, research contributions, and potential for innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and perform deep data analysis to identify emerging trends, assess talent availability, and shape strategic sourcing initiatives for AI talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Solid talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment in the artificial intelligence market
- Extensive experience using various sourcing tools and approaches
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
