As the Industrial AI - Strategic Sales Specialist (EMEA), you will leverage your business insight, commercial expertise, and knowledge of industrial transformation and AI to lead and expand strategic customer alliances in industrial AI. You will inspire our most strategic customers to deepen their commitment to the Microsoft platform by aligning their AI investments with clear, measurable business outcomes that drive operational efficiency, boost revenue, and accelerate innovation.
Your understanding of industry processes and evolving technology trends will enable you to deliver tailored, strategic guidance that supports customers’ growth and efficiency goals. Additionally, your strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential in building consensus among senior leaders, ensuring alignment, and executing impactful digital transformation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships to drive industrial AI transformation, focusing on the largest and most impactful deals across EMEA.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with C-level executives and key operational leaders within our most strategic customer organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and leveraging critical business insights to emphasize the strategic value of partnership with Microsoft.
- Develop and present a compelling vision for customers' Industrial AI transformation, aligning with their strategic objectives to drive measurable business impact.
- Lead and facilitate customer workshops, executive briefings, and presentations to effectively demonstrate Microsoft’s value proposition within the industrial sector.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Microsoft teams - including Strategic Partnerships, Industry, ATU, STU, and management teams - to deliver customized solutions that maximize client value and support industrial AI initiatives.
- Partner closely with ISE, ISD, and field teams, as well as industry partners, to ensure customer validation and a scalable delivery plan for solutions across the customer's operations.
- Collaborate with Microsoft’s industry partners to enhance solution adoption and align with customers' top priorities for increased impact and value.
- Engage senior leaders across all Microsoft organizations to build consensus and support for closing high-stakes industrial transformation deals.
- Maintain a sharp focus on business outcomes, driving aggressive revenue growth and fostering customer satisfaction by aligning transformation efforts with customers' industrial strategies.
- Generate joint PR and strategic opportunities by showcasing Industrial AI customer success stories.
- Manage and track forecast accurately in collaboration with SPT and ATU teams.
- Share best practices, contribute thought leadership, and provide industry insights across Microsoft teams to strengthen our strategic positioning in the industrial AI market.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry Experience in manufacturing, energy, or similar sectors with a focus on digital transformation, technology adoption, or strategic consulting is advantageous.
- Experience of the Microsoft industrial technology stack including IoT, Data and AI.
- Proven Success in driving impactful technology initiatives or business transformations within manufacturing or operational environments.
- Solution Selling Expertise with a record of engaging senior business and technical decision-makers or managing a solution-led partner portfolio.
- Exceptional Communication Skills including active listening, compelling storytelling, and strong presentation abilities.
- Self-Starter with a Growth Mindset and a creative problem-solving approach for complex, multi-variable challenges.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills that contribute to team success and enhance the quality of outcomes through meticulous work.
