Job Description

Microsoft Health AI team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Program Manger to provide strategic and operational support to our leadership team. In this role, you will work closely with evolving cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, optimise operational processes, and contribute to our overall success.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

As an early employee in the Microsoft Health AI team you will be working closely with the leadership team across the following areas

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of our strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Analysis: The ability to identify business needs and determine solutions to problems. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, track key performance indicators (OKRs and KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Business Relationship Management: The ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships. Map and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Market Research: Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the Health AI landscape.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and important stakeholders.
  • Full Stack – by design we will remain a lean founding team (albeit within a much larger org), and as such you will need to be agile, highly self-sufficient, and span from high level strategy through to ground level execution on a wide range of tasks. This also means you will play a major role in promoting a positive team culture.

*To apply for this position, please submit your CV along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role.

**Due to the festive break we will be in touch with candidates from w/c 6th January regarding next steps.
