Supply Planning Coordinator

€43,269.98 -€45,330.46 + performance related company bonus dependent on experience

As Supply Coordinator you will be responsible for driving efficient stock management and maximizing product availability whilst minimizing costs. You will have solid functional knowledge and be accountable for the relevant Supply performance metrics as well as adherence to standard work processes. The supply Coordinator will receive input from both market logistics and demand resources, as well as Regional Planning teams to bring the best Information on product availability in the short-term horizon and to help communicate any potential risks.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience with data, process and systems – Intermediate/Advanced on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels including senior leadership

  • Excellent analytical abilities

  • Supply chain knowledge and experience in planning processes would be an advantage

  • FMCG experience desirable

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Communication of stock status, supply risk and mitigation options

  • Act as the key interface between customer service and regional planning

  • Optimizing stock levels, including managing high stocks.

  • Drive Supply Performance in the Market

  • Provide service impact on any option-analysis for supply constrained value streams. Work with Sales and Customer Service to translate quota priorities in system requirements to ensure available stock is directed to the correct account

  • Reporting and Analytics - Execute data / parameter audit checks, as required, to ensure systems reflect agreed and realistic settings

  • Represent Supply in market activity executions to ensure all relevant inputs and outputs for Supply are incorporated, into the activity management program to optimize in-store availability, promotional execution, and CSL delivery
