As a Supply Chain Manager at Drinks and Treats, you will be responsible for setting up and managing operational ways of working and supply delivery to meet demand requirements. This will be achieved through the management of co-manufacturers, co-packers, distributors & haulers, as well as various Mars factories. The role operates across multiple markets.

Salary: £56,000 - £70,000, annual bonus, benefits

What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience in FMCG Supply Chain (S&OP) planning or related functions.

  • Experience of working with 3rd party co-manufacturers, ideally from start-up through operational running and review.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • A drive to make things happen, a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Knowledge of import/export requirements is an advantage.

  • Minimum of two days per week in the office, occasional travel to co-manufacturer sites in the UK and EU.

  • Individual Contributor Role: This role does not involve direct management but requires significant collaboration across teams.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the supply chains across several different categories.

  • Managing supply vs demand to ensure that capacity is available to deliver against CSL & OTIF targets now and in the future.

  • Set up new supply chains as necessary, agreeing & managing operational ways of working with 3rd party co-manufacturers, distributors, haulers, and warehouses.

  • Ensure period-end procedures are followed and full stock reconciliation is achieved.

  • Provide Segment Heads and the Head of Operations with regular updates on supply performance, risks, Opportunities & resource gaps to deliver the operating plan.
