This position is an exciting new pivotal role in the UKI supply chain organization to accelerate our journey to win with customers as defined in our Supply Chain strategy.
The purpose of the role is to enable stronger and more focused collaboration with our strategic customers, by bringing the voice of the customer into the Mars Wrigley (MW) supply chain and vice versa. The job holder will closely collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- You will collaborate and influence the Customer Logistics Collaboration team to deliver customer service excellence measured by following leading Supply Chain KPI’s: Case-fill, On Time Performance, TAS (Trade Advantage Survey) and LCCs (Logistical Controlled Costs).
- You will create and drive the customer collaboration supply chain roadmap with internal and external stakeholders to deliver differentiated service & solutions for customers at affordable cost.
- You will participate as required in local S&OP+ forums / feeder meetings representing our strategic customer needs.
- You will ensure the UKI Activity plan is executed with excellence in collaboration with internal and external customer supply chain teams.
