The Deployment manager is pivotal in deploying and integrating SRM digital products and operating model, ensuring new SRM capabilities fulfil key business requirements across markets.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience managing & implementing business transformations

  • Skilled in challenging and influencing organizational practices, with the ability to advocate for necessary changes to optimize business processes

  • Positive leadership & communication skills, ability to build & maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Coaching skills to support embedment of SRM mindset / practices / digital products across organization

  • Robust understanding of SRM levers (Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture, Product Assortment & Mix, Promotions, Trade terms) and practical experience translating SRM knowledge into impactful interventions

  • Prior experience leveraging digital products to inform SRM initiatives

What will be your key responsibilities?

The Deployment manager role has the following critical areas of responsibility:

Orchestrate on-the-ground deployment of SRM capabilities

  • Develop and monitor the deployment plan of digital products, SRM operating model & upskilling program within operating entities, serving as the primary point of contact for market teams within area of responsibility

  • Liaise with market teams to capture local needs and business requirements regarding SRM assets (digital tools, upskilling material, codified process), and communicate feedback to global SRM teams (product owners, capability manager)

  • Set up appropriate governance & routines to maintain effective line of communication with markets, regularly be present on the ground or in direct contact with market teams to provide effective support

Drive adoption and change management

  • Assist market teams with comprehensive adoption strategies and change management, ensuring thorough understanding and adoption of new SRM digital products

  • Orchestrate the roll-out of SRM upskilling programs at local level

  • Drive engagement around training

  • Foster sharing of top quartile practices across markets

Monitor and report on deployment impact

  • Continuously monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of newly deployed SRM capabilities (digital products, upskilling modules, SRM processes)

  • Provide ongoing support to market teams, helping to troubleshoot issues and refine routines & processes based on operational feedback

  • Proactively identify & suggest opportunities to further improve maturity of SRM capabilities within market teams
