Senior Online Customer Development Manager (12 month FTC)

This role is responsible for leading and managing the UK Mars Food Pureplay business (lead customers Amazon and Ocado), the growth engine of the UK Food business, circa £4m NSV.

What are we looking for?

• Sales experience that includes selling, negotiating and leveraging insights to deliver customised customer plans achieving company and customer objectives and advancing category leadership -

• Self-driven highly motivated and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organisation with versatile styles

• Passion for e-commerce channel with strong understanding of e-commerce and digital environment and differences vs traditional trade

• Experience managing a budget and/or trade revenue optimization and ROI

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Pureplay lead: take full accountability for the ecosystem and performance for UK Ocado and Amazon including being a key contributor to the Regional Amazon team and performance.
• Define and drive a long-term vision on how to win with Amazon in the UK including influencing internal stakeholders to make this happen.
• Manage the Amazon account to achieve targets both quantitative (NSV, profitability, market share) and qualitative (content, visibility)
• Lead and coordinate negotiations and manage the UK account P&L for Amazon and Ocado
• Coordinate cross functional teams as required to ensure perfect execution of the JBP
• Execute the plan with excellence including accurate timely forecasting, detailed follow through and efficient trade revenue optimization to an agreed budget.
