This fantastic role sits on the Food & Nutrition (F&N) Europe Marketing team and reports to F&N Marketing Director. The role will actively collaborate with all marketing managers from within F&N Europe and also the Global Media Director. The role will also heavily interact with Global Digital Demand team to ensure the European region needs are met when driving strategy and content creation at a Global level. The role also requires coordination with multiple markets across Europe including UK, France & Germany.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will lead the media briefing and annual planning process that ladders into the integrated comms plan (ICP) across our multi-discipline inter-agency team (‘The Kitchen’) alongside local marketing teams.
  • You will be responsible for senior stakeholder engagement, serving as a strong partner while working closely with Brand Directors.
  • You will embed and execute media best practices across all media touchpoints (digital and offline, brand and performance) that result in efficient and effective media plans in core European markets. ​
  • You will lead analysis of media plans, results, and data to help inform brand strategies and ensure plans are crafted and executed optimally. ​
  • You will accelerate the digital agenda within the region, including the integration of digital media strategies and tactics, data-driven insights, and emerging technologies. ​
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media vendors, and partners. ​
  • You will support the Global Media and Content team in cascading information, learnings, and ways of working, making sure they’re activated
