The ‘Perfect Store Manager’ is responsible for supporting the Perfect Store Head in the creation, re-launch, implementation and embedding of Mars Wrigley's global Perfect Store 2.0 Omni-channel framework within their local UK market. Creating Inspiring Pictures of Success and delivering a high impact Perfect Store playbook for local market deployment for the near and future success of Mars Wrigley and the Snacking Category.

This role will contribute significantly to the creation of local Perfect Store materials by combining professional experience, team member perspectives and global best practices in the creation of local tools. This includes delivering a step change in local In-Store disciplines and capabilities by significantly contributing to the market delivery of Sales performance KPI’s.

The incumbent will become a Perfect Store expert, transforming physical availability and driving quality growth through step changing the in-store presence of our blockbuster brands.

  • Graduate calibre, solid experience in a blue chip FMCG/consumer product within sales, field sales or Category background
  • Deep analytical expertise and data management experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Become a programme expert for the development, deployment, and reporting of Perfect Store
  • Adapt and deploy global governance models, resource templates, process steps, workshop templates and scorecards for the UK’s Perfect Store program whilst maintaining consistency with global practices
  • Drive Perfect Store activation through laser focus on the 5 MMH levers of Assortment (& Availability), Space, Layout, Location and Theatre across the priority store locations (Transaction Zone, Main Aisle & Secondary Display)
  • Partner with Category Strategy and CBU to align on Assortment priorities by Cell and translate into clear Pictures of Success in service of Excellence in Execution
  • Build deep understanding of Sales Force Automation tool in Field Sales (FS) and provide the related data capture and KPI requirements for Y+1
  • Act as the primary contact for related PS data and analytics queries and capability support
  • Upskill and support Customer Development Senior Representatives (CDSR’s), FS Ops Managers and Customer teams on the programme, compliance management and activity tracking to drive Perfect Store focus at account level in feeder meetings in service of S&OP+ requirements
  • Responsible for testing physical availability initiatives and embed key the learnings within the business
  • Ensure integration with other Perfect Store enabler’s e.g. sales incentives, trade architecture, retail coverage model and sales force automation. Collaborate and share best practice with the Digital PS team
  • Collaborate with the Global Perfect Store team to share best practice and drive the long-term Mars Perfect Store capability agenda. Deliver relevant case studies and contribute to global PS community
