Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced T&E (Travel and Expense) and Payroll Digital Technology Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the standardization and digital transformation of T&E and payroll systems. This role involves collaborating closely with Digital technology and Finance teams to globally deploy standardized tools, implement innovative digital solutions, and drive CIPs and automations in this space.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in T&E and payroll digital technology, system management, or related roles.

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation and automation initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of T&E and payroll processes, systems, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., SAP ECC/S4, Concur, Mobilexpense, Workday).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multinational company or large enterprise environment.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).

  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and techniques.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives for T&E and payroll processes.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement digital solutions to streamline operations.

  • Ensure alignment with overall company digital strategy and goals.

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of T&E and payroll systems.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

  • Work closely with finance and other departments to understand their T&E and payroll needs.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for T&E and payroll-related technology issues and inquiries.

  • Lead and manage T&E and payroll digital technology projects from inception to completion.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

  • Ensure T&E and payroll processes comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on T&E and payroll systems project status.
