Data and Analytics will transform our insights and value creation capability. With the breadth and scale of our MW business, we have a huge amount of internal and external consumer, financial and customer data available and an opportunity to create a competitive advantage by efficiently leveraging the data we have available to us to get to insight that can create value for the organisation.

We began our work to leverage these more strategically to power One Demand in 2023 and there is a need to strategically link the Demand Data and Technology to be fit for future growth.

Because of the success of this work to date and huge potential ahead, we want to accelerate and scale our efforts through the entire Demand Organization. We are seeking to expand our data capability and leadership to ensure we have the right data leadership, strategy and quality across our domains to enable our analytics ability.

We are searching for an experienced change and capability leader to drive our efforts to develop our demand D&A skills, capability and change management consistently and effectively across the Region.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in leading complex change programs
  • Experience in working across functions and seniority levels
  • Experience managing complex programs remotely with minimal co-location
  • Expertise in agile delivery management
  • Good knowledge of Mars Wrigley business or equivalent CPG (preferred)
  • Excellent communication/storytelling skills both written and verbal

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • This role will drive the successful change management of the ODDA program in the Region to ensure we shift and maximize the effectiveness, longevity, and impact of the cultural and mindset shift required.

  • Working from the global ODDA change roadmap, deploy and refine to fit to the Region. Deploying consistently across all European markets in line with ODDA roadmap.

  • Work closely with Global change ODDA change lead

  • Upskill European teams, managers, and leaders with change leadership and management tools

  • Lead the European communication and engagement plan on ODDA

  • Lead the definition of the Regional behaviour and culture shifts required – in line with Regional Winning mindsets and Global ODDA shifts.

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of ODDA in Mars Wrigley Europe from a change management perspective

  • Working with P&O, to ensure required capability programs are put in place and executed following the requirements of the overall program plan – especially executive upskill for European leaders, ODDA leaders and Associate upskill programme – again keeping consistency across the Region.

  • Liaison with global capability teams / programmes
