This role will be responsible for supporting the media and digital analytics team for PN Europe to deliver maximum value from media performance data to better optimise media testing and investments. This role will include working closely with Mars Media Agencies, Media Activation teams and Media Platforms, to ensure that tests and advanced media measurement is set up with statistical rigour and has results that are actionable within the business. Also, this role is responsible for partnering with the team lead and leading on key projects like investment scenario planning, utilising MMM results and scaled modelling principles.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics or customer analytics in a fast-paced environment Experience In FMCG area would be a plus.

  • Experience working with or at a media agency on campaign measurement Is essential.

  • Experience working with 1st and 3rd party data is essential.

  • Base level knowledge of 1st party data consent principles and regulations are a plus.

  • Good collaboration and storytelling skills, which you will use daily, with external consultants, vendors and Internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with platform JBPs is a plus.

  • Experience in building Insights and recommendations for long-term media planning Is essential.

  • Must have experience in test & learn frameworks, data visualization, media analytics and senior stakeholder management

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead key Measurement workstream projects for EU region on Media testing, KPI frameworks, agency reporting alignment and supporting advanced media measurement (sales lift studies and

    MMM interpretation) with key partners.

  • Work closely with business teams to support analytical needs & fulfill reporting gaps.

  • Create clear and concise insights and demonstrate key storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.

  • Partner with Mars regional media team on data driven investment scenario planning across Pet Nutrition Europe.

  • Support on Media Platform measurement discussions, partnering with our media agencies.

  • Support data op model discussions that are needed to fulfil our long-term team goals and immediate data modelling needs.
