The Mars Global Statutory Reporting Digital Transformation Delivery Lead will conduct impact assessments of product gaps, determine the applicability of the existing Statutory Financials S4 landscape, and identify transition impacts to the new expanded S4 architecture. They will work with the business teams to prepare, review and help present materials about the decisions to the Design Authority from their areas of expertise to the Design Authority. They will assess the impact of the technology transformation in the Statutory Reporting and the delivery of new capability in line with the Digital Core commitments and timing.​

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of experience in business enterprise technologies and program management focused on Statutory Reporting ERP and supporting Technologies.
  • Foundational Statutory Financial Ledger and Reporting core process knowledge, specialized in Local Statutory Data and Reporting, government reporting, and enterprise ERP (SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience designing, deploying, and testing ERP transformations for Statutory Charts of Accounts and Ledgers in SAP. Strong experience in system integration lifecycle including system design and deployment, systems integration, data migration, and data model design.
  • Experience with Statutory Edge Reporting Solutions (e.g. Thomson ONESOURCE, Workiva, Caseware)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and navigate complex challenges
  • A track record of having led large and complex digital programs.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Establish and orchestrate the Enterprise Digital Core program for Statutory Financial Reporting including stakeholder management, work stream reviews and tracking, documentation, risk identification & mitigation, resource planning and communication to ensure strong integration across all activity streams and interconnectivity with related program and stakeholder forums
  • Document the design decision for Global Process Owner sign off and support delivery of key design decisions with Business Integration (BI) and System Integration (SI) support to design, build, and test SAP S4 Hana and Edge Systems (e.g. Statutory Reporting Data in Source and Support Statutory Reporting Edge solutions and tools).
  • Ensure all components of the program operating model (e.g. program steering groups, capability stream forums, progress reporting) are clearly defined and run according to the designed protocols with clear inputs, outcomes and decisions.
  • Lead with purpose detailed design activity for the Statutory reporting area across stakeholders and progress the enterprise transformation.
  • Establish and own a central program knowledge base, covering all aspects of the program so that reliable information is easily accessible to all members of the program team.
  • Create and operate the stakeholder engagement strategy and communication plan across all entities touched by the program.
  • Drive consistent, scalable deployments across Global In Country Tax & Treasury Centers for deployments of SAP Statutory Financial design and ways of working for pilots and global processes to consistently design, build, test, and track change management impacts including transitions from legacy ERP systems.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
