Account Manager is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth at customers for the Mars business. This role is expected to maintain strong relationships & best execute customer plans that deliver objectives of; revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising. This role is also expected to seek new business opportunities in fast-growing emerging marketplaces.g, energetic and entrepreneurial environment, you've found the right place.

What are we looking for?

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Customer Management: you will own our relationships with a number of Direct e-commerce (Ocado) and Discounters customers. This includes being the primary point of contact, owning the P&L and all day to day customer facing and internal responsibilities
- New Business & Marketplaces: you will be responsible for driving our new business agenda online & in the value channel – winning new accounts in one of the most diverse and rapidly evolving market places. For example, On Demand Delivery (Deliveroo, UberEats), 3rd party marketplaces or Discounters (e.g. B&M). Leveraging a test & learn approach to drive KIND distribution.
- National Account Support: your internal responsibilities will include owning EPOS tracking, stock holding reporting, promotional analysis and other scorecards and trackers. Also includes supporting the process of invoices, demand planning and trade spending. External responsibilities will cover nominating customer promotions and leading the set-up of new products.
- Perfect Digital Store & Retail Media Lead: you will own and lead the retail media agenda, translating campaigns to customer and promotional specific activations for online customers. Both omnichannel (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Booker), by supporting the wider team, and direct e-commerce accounts (Amazon and Ocado). Driving a strong sponsored search & banner strategy
