The IT Service Delivery Lead (Data Analytics) is a technical leadership role focused on overseeing and supporting the delivery of advanced analytics services within the supply chain domain. This role works closely with project teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and coordination of analytics solutions that align with business objectives. By collaborating with stakeholders, the lead ensures that services meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and governance, while continuously driving innovation and operational efficiency.

This role emphasizes leveraging cutting-edge data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) to deliver impactful analytics solutions. Additionally, the role includes working close to SCA Service Management activities, helping to organize cost management, lead optimization, and cost reduction initiatives while implementing governance processes for development workflows.Operating globally, the role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, efficient, and governed analytics solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Design and implement analytics solutions leveraging Azure, Databricks, ADF, and ADLS, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

  • Build interactive and intuitive visualizations using tools like Power BI, React, and Tableau to empower data-driven decision-making.

  • Drive cost management strategies, analyzing and optimizing resource utilization across data platforms to reduce operational expenses.

  • Implement lead optimization practices to streamline analytics workflows and ensure efficient delivery of insights.

  • Implement and enforce governance processes for Pull Requests, ensuring coding standards, quality, and compliance with organizational policies.

Expertise/Skills:

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Extensive experience with Azure cloud services (ADF, ADLS, Databricks) and advanced analytics workflows.

    • Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React, in addition to visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.

    • Expertise in cost management, lead optimization, and implementing governance frameworks for workflows like Pull Requests.

    • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Spark for data engineering and analytics.

    • Experience in Data Asset Management, including governance, lifecycle management, and optimization.

  • Leadership and Coordination:

    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships in a global environment.

    • Experience in cost reduction initiatives and financial management of Data and Analytics services.

    • Ability to implement governance frameworks that ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Supply Chain Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with supply chain planning and analytics processes, preferably in industries such as FMCG.

    • Knowledge of supply chain planning tools like Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or OMP is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
