What are we looking for?

  • Preferred qualification: Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field

  • 5-8 or more years of progressive P&O experience, including some 5 years in a supervisory position

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and reach strategic business goals

  • Solid knowledge of global and local policies and practices and understand their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance

  • Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome

  • Good business acumen / business experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

Pet Nutrition Europe (PNE) is operating in a fast-changing environment and our renewed commitment to Serve More Pets requires us to evolve as a business. Our ambition for the next 3-5 years is to Serve More Pets and win market share, whilst premiumizing our business, and building the future of Petcare. Our ambition to W1N Europe to achieve #1 Market Share, 20% Growth by 2028.

This requires an integrated Supply Chain at the pull of Demands. The Supply strategy looks to deliver a Superior, Smarter,Simpler, Synchronised, Sustainable E2E Supply chain, with Associates at the heart of all we do.

Our Value Leadership is a key enabler of our ambition to serve more pets by unlocking our future growth through competitive COGS as well as differentiating the E2E model (scale vs. flexibility). Supply will have to play a leading and pivotal role in both Manufacturing Network and Supply Chain Value Leadership programs. It is essential at this time of change to keep our focus on high level of performance within our E2E supply chain as well as driving and accelerating our foundational safety, quality & service agendas while step changing our E2E digital agenda.

In order to deliver our strategy a number of enabling projects are in place or being scoped across the Supply organisation. The role will co-pilot across the full range of activities spanning across all areas of Supply and Manufacturing. The new job holder will be a member of the project teams and will have a “functional family” in the regional PNE P&O Supply BP team. The job holder will also business partner 2 or 3 regional teams with the Regional Directors.

The purpose of this role is to build the people agenda based on the regional P&O and Supply Strategy, leading the P&O workstream of the Supply Strategy while fostering associate advocacy. A critical aspect of this role is to co-pilot business leaders in creating a clear vision, designing the future, building strong teams, enhancing future capabilities, and steering the program.

Additionally, this role will focus on bringing the talent strategy to life.
