The Global Senior Data & Analytics Specialist role reporting to the Global Snacking Talent, Leadership capability, I&D Lead presents a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

What are we looking for?

  • You will have strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail.

  • You will have advanced experience with analytics, with some experience working in regional/ global teams.

  • You will be able to approach with a data mindset; utilizes available data and informs stakeholders using a data-centric approach to prioritize, influence, and drive outcomes.

  • You will be a self-starter who is comfortable both working independently with high attention to detail as well as driving collaboration amongst diverse peers.

  • You will enjoy and be skilled in combining automated and manual data sources, turning data into trends and communicating insights. Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Some experience in predictive analytics would be an advantage.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will examine, understand, and interpret Talent, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) & other critical HR data to create meaningful insights, and trends to positively impact the business with proactive solutions.

  • You will partner with the Global Functional HRBPs, Regional Talent Leads, Regional P&O Vice Presidents (VPs) and the Global Talent Manager to prepare regional, global functional & divisional Talent Reviews, provide thought partnership and ensure we are on track to deliver the intended impact, suggest corrective action and drive follow through.

  • You will partner with the Centre of Excellence (COEs) on talent and Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) related matters, such as co-creating communication & training materials, managing cascade of communication & resources, delivering webinars, and testing reports as & when needed.

  • You will support the Global Snacking Talent, Leadership capability, I&D Lead in creating & using people analytics dashboards, running insights & creating & sharing meaningful insights to support business judgments.
