In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize how we design business processes leading with data, analytics, and AI as the Analytics Strategy Lead within P2D representing our broader One Demand Data & Analytics (ODDA) team and program which delivers connected insights across the entire demand ecosystem. We empower our Associates with the right analytics data, products and insights so they can take decisive action, maximizing value and making a meaningful impact on our consumers, our customers and our business.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, and related field preferred
- Overall, 10+ years of experience with experience in analytics within a Sales context/organization
- Demonstrated track record in understanding and shaping strategic analytics solutions within a business context
- Minimum 3 years of analytics and/or strategy experience in the Consumer Products Good Industry
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Work in partnership with the D30 Global Process Experience Owners (GXOs), Regional Champions, and the D30 P2D team to design an analytics strategy that informs and fully leverages the ODDA roadmap of analytics products.
- Work closely with the D30 P2D Global Network Lead to understand the detailed process designs, processes, and workflows to identify where analytics is required to support or as an accelerator
- Work closely with the Mars Wrigley Digital Technologies (DT) Chief Data Officer (CDO) and team in informing the underlying data strategy and data engineering requirements to ensure the data/analytics pairing is tight and synergistic.
- Collaborate and partner with the ODDA Product Directors across business functions to tightly align ODDA & D30 roadmaps
