We are looking for an Executive Assistant supporting the Supply Team in the Pet Nutrition based in Europe.

The candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to make sound judgements and decisions when required, provide solutions to key issues which arise and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and peers. The role is hybrid with on site requirement in our Paddington office when the team is in and occasional needs to travel to support leadership team meetings. The role reports directly to the Global Executive Administration for Pet Nutrition Effectiveness Manager working in partnership with the other EAs.

  • Proven directly managing event strategy and execution

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Actively manage/maintain electronic calendars and arrange telephone/video conferences, meetings, and other appointments as requested while prioritizing key stakeholders and requests.
  • Plan & execute complex, detailed travel itineraries including all transportation, accommodation, obtaining all necessary visas & travel documents.
  • Give assistance to the functional team with meeting presentations, attending meetings and taking notes
  • Plan executive and team events including contracting hotels, ground transportation, meeting facilities, caterers, restaurants, etc.
  • Collate and organize the submission of expense reports through Concur and Mobilexpense.
  • Create requisitions and purchase orders; process expense reports and travel reimbursements.
  • Assist functional team with projects, offsites and meeting planning.
  • Additional duties as requested
