Salary: EUR 85-90K+

You will play a crucial role in accelerating Mars Petcare's digital marketing & commerce capabilities and omnichannel presence across Europe. As retail media continues its explosive growth, you will develop Mars Petcare Europe's Digital Retail Media ecosystem strategy and capabilities. You will be reporting into the Senior Director Media & Content.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in media marketing, preferably with a background in media agencies or FMCG/Retail organizations in Europe.
  • You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage senior stakeholders and the ability to influence effectively cross border in a matrix environment.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • You are innovative, driven, and excited about the opportunity to shape a new role within the organization.
  • You will be based in 5 of the EU Clusters (UKI&N), DACH, BeNeFra, south E or C&EE and will require 20% travel.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will be leading the growth of our Digital Retail Media activities, setting up the European strategy and will be responsible for executing strategic plans to expand our Retail Media presence across markets, identifying new growth opportunities, and building Retail Media capability across Mars Pet Nutrition Europe.
  • You will work with retailers, media agencies and retail media networks to evolve capabilities and drive commercial growth.
  • You will manage senior stakeholders internally and externally and will be the conduit between Global, regional and local teams for all strategic Digital Retail Media initiatives and decision making. And you will collaborate with Customer Development teams, forge strong partnerships with key retail media players.
