Enterprise Networks Sr Leader – Mars Global Services – can be based in Brazil or the UK
The Enterprise Networks Sr Leader for the Digital Core Transformation is an expert in Enterprise Network Solutions whose main goal is to develop, define and enable the deployment of the new ERP systems in Mars Global Network.
In this context it relates to Mars enterprise resource planning (ERP) Transformation. In the new design and architecture is required to review and ensure that Connectivity components have a specific strategy, including Review underlining shared core infrastructure of Internet Transit Data Centers, Connectivity bandwidth Capacity Management, Data Centers Connectivity, DNS, Site and Factory Networks Connectivity, Connectivity QoS - Quality of Service, etc.
The deliverable of this role includes, but not only: Low Level Design of all Network Components that are part of the new ERP Strategy (SD-WAN, LAN, Interfaces, Network Inoperability, Network Disaster & Recovery, Network Support Model.
Intention is to have ensure the readiness and preparation of the new Network Design that will be used to accommodate all the different needs and requirements that are coming from the business.
What are we looking for?
8+ years’ work experience in large corporate environment developing and managing pervasive Enterprise Network infrastructure.
5-7+ years of experience with networking background, TCP/IP networking, and LAN/WAN routing and switching.
Desirable previous experience on Digital Core Transformation.
Demonstrate understanding of business process and change management.
Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including working with both information technology professionals and business customers; strong written and verbal skills.
Multi-cultural experience.
Working knowledge IT Architecture and IT Governance.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Global accountability for the projects assigned to his/her organization.
Project size: Sets strategic directions and manages projects in areas that influence $20M + annual running spends.
Anticipate to new Business Strategies and Demands that may or will impact the network environment.
Ensure the High Availability of the network for critical business units.
Ensure optimal QoS, Routing & Path selection.
Guarantee that Network Solutions has the proper Disaster Recover capabilities.
Responsible for Design, Test and Introduce new technologies/designs.
Ensure the Project Managers are following the best practices and tracking properly the activities.
Review core infrastructure of Internet Transit Data Centers
Review Connectivity bandwidth Capacity Management
Adjust core infrastructure of Data Centers Connectivity
Adequate Site and Factory Networks Connectivity
Create new Connectivity QoS - Quality of Service
Ensure the High Availability of the network for critical business units.
Ensure optimal QoS, Routing & Path selection.
Guarantee that Network Connectivity for new Digital Core Transformation have the proper Disaster Recover capabilities.
