Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and organized Digital Technology Business Analyst to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing digital solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our accounts receivable systems and processes. This role requires strong collaboration with IT, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

  • Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably with a focus on accounts receivable for financial processes.

  • Strong knowledge of AR processes, systems, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., High Radius Cloud).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for AR projects.

  • Work with AR teams to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations.

  • Work with IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to design and implement digital solutions for AR processes.

  • Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of AR systems and tools.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize AR workflows and reduce manual effort.

  • Develop and implement best practices for AR processes, leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between IT, Finance, Commercial, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Assist in managing AR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track project progress.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

  • Prepare and present reports on AR project status and process improvements.

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
