In this dynamic product and Platform owner role, you'll have the opportunity to set up the technology center of excellence to deliver the Service now, Automation, AI and other emerging technology capabilities to the organization in the agile and Devops delivery model. You will empower our associates with the right and fit for purpose Delivery methodology, processes, tools, framework, metrics and governance to unlock productivity and deliver the best in class experiences for associates

Location: Slough (Hybrid - Must be in the office 2/3 days per week)

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience in Service Now, Automation and other emerging technologies

  • Demonstrated track record in understanding, shaping and adopting strategic and emerging technology platform including analytics solutions within a business context.

  • Extensive people management & developing talent experience.

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience.

  • Preferably 3 to 5 years of analytics and/or strategy experience in the Consumer Products Good Industry

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Work in partnership with the GDO Service lines (Business Delivery Services, Enterprise Delivery Services, Information Security, Segment technology office), External Partners and wider organization (Enterprise and Segments) to design and Implement best in class and fit for purpose delivery model and deliver the capabilities on the Service Now, Automation and other emerging technology platforms that aligns with organization goals and strategy

  • Responsible to deliver high-quality technical and business solution for ServiceNow, automation and other emerging technology platform with best practices using Agile principles and Devops delivery

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data and insights gathered through the various technologies’ platforms metrics and process simplification/automation opportunities

  • Responsible and Accountable for the Now Platform – Creates the overall roadmap, architecture, delivery strategy, upgrades and defines the platform policy and guardrails

  • Define the Architecture, standards, policies, framework and best practices for automation in line with infrastructure and security policies.

  • Collaborate with the service lines to identify the automation opportunities to deliver efficiency and drive process effectiveness.

  • Publishes the periodic performance metrics to the GDO stakeholders

  • Asses emerging technologies and its fitment to GDO - Drive speed with quality and best in class end user experience
