As Pet Nutrition Europe (PNE) accelerates its digital transformation, the Digital Change Manager ensures successful adoption of digital solutions by embedding change management strategies. This role drives engagement, communication, and capability-building to enable seamless transitions and maximize the impact of digital initiatives across the region.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in change management within a digital transformation or large-scale business transformation context, preferably in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business engagement and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and regional stakeholders.

  • Expertise in digital adoption and capability building, with a track record of driving business readiness, training programs, and cultural shifts towards digital-first ways of working.

  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing change frameworks, methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter), and tools to drive adoption at scale.

  • Ability to translate complex digital initiatives into clear, compelling narratives, ensuring alignment across diverse teams and business functions.

  • Experience in leading communication strategies, crafting messaging, and delivering engagement initiatives that drive clarity, motivation, and action.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring change adoption, tracking key metrics, and using insights to continuously improve change strategies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.

  • Experience in working across regional or multi-market environments, adapting strategies to local business needs while maintaining alignment with global transformation goals.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Change Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive management framework to drive digital adoption, ensuring alignment with business priorities and transformation goals.

  • Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, clusters, and functional teams, ensuring strong sponsorship and engagement in digital change initiatives.

  • Leadership & Influence: Provide expert guidance to leadership teams on managing organizational change, fostering a culture of digital-first ways of working, and enabling teams to navigate transformation with confidence.

  • Communication & Advocacy: Design and execute targeted communication plans that articulate the "why" and "how" of digital agenda, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the region.

  • Capability Building & Adoption Acceleration: Define and lead structured training programs, upskilling initiatives, and business readiness activities to empower associates and teams with digital capabilities

  • Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs to track adoption success, identify roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement through insights, feedback loops, and best practice sharing

  • Collaboration & Integration: Work cross-functionally with Digital, P&O, Cluster Teams, and Business Leaders to embed digital solutions into daily operations, ensuring seamless transitions and tangible business impact.
