Through this transformation we are aiming to reinvent our core processes, adapting our data models and tech platforms while focusing on enhancing the experience for users, customers, and our Associates.

We are hiring Data & Analytics Engagement Lead in operational reporting for Lead to Cash process area. Engagement lead will work closely with global process owners, business process owners, change experience teams and data and analytics teams to challenge, harmonise, standardise and where needed adapt / deliver reporting requirements.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will engage business and data owners to develop data strategies, to build data acquisition roadmaps and to identify external data opportunities. You will manage collection, assessment and integration of the data assets. Drive change to align strategic needs into data acquisition, data modelling and data asset reuse/creation.

  • You will understand data models in sales and ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

  • You will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Analytics Tech Stack.

  • You will inform design of source agnostic integrated data model for reporting and analytics.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring data architecture of data model is fit for purpose for reporting needs.

  • You will be an advocacy in self-service and thereby support with deployment and adoption of this within the business.

  • You will engage with process owners to catalogue reporting requirements.

  • You will document reporting requirements and translate functional requirements to system requirements to support development of reports.

  • You will collaborate closely with the EOS teams to ensure the smooth deployment of reports across digital core and edge systems, including service introduction.

  • You will collaborate with change experience managers for business readiness for critical milestones.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally, the candidate should have more in functional knowhow in the area with BI exposure, and rather than a technical BI expert.

  • Experience in business intelligence and more importantly appreciation of functional domains is essential to be successful in this role.

  • Exposure to delivery of KPIs in lead generation, campaign / field force effectiveness would be ideal. The role requires candidates to know about data architecture, design / delivery of data models in data lakes by integrating data from leading core and edge solutions.

  • SAP and Salesforce application integration / reporting experience would be ideal. This role plays a crucial part in leveraging data-driven decision-making within the EOS data landscape and its transformative potential.

  • Experience of previous product ownership / product management role in this functional area.

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of 3 years. As we move closer to the date, we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.
