Job Description:

R&D, identified as a workstream within the Digital Core Program has 3 pillars; Core PLM, Q&FS and Innovation. Innovation refers to the cross-segment capabilities developed by the enterprise for use within each segment to enable the optimal delivery of Innovation and Renovation projects (e.g. new product launch). The Corp. Innovation Tech Analyst plays a critical role in driving the successful implementation and addition of functionality to new and existing portfolio and project management tools to deliver the 10 key capabilities identified as part of the Innovation workstream of the Digital Core Transformation.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change in a matrixed organisation.
  • Experience and knowledge of Innovation (Portfolio and Project Management) processes & systems - preferrable
  • Understanding of broad IT system analysis, design and development processes and best practice

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements across all new capabilities, ensuring alignment with the Innovation transformation goals and objectives.​

  • Work with vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications for all capabilities defined as part of the Innovation workstream within Digital Core, and design solutions that meet stakeholders' needs while leveraging the new tool's capabilities.​

  • Provide Technical Leadership ensuring the optimal design and implementation of solutions and Innovation Systems Landscape.

  • Collaborate with business teams to develop test plans and scripts, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure that the new tool meets quality standards and business requirements.​

  • Define the criteria for new capability deployment in collaboration with Global and Regional Functional experts and oversee their completion for a successful handover.
