£60,000 + Bonus

What are we looking for?

  • University degree or equivalent experience in any discipline
  • Proven experience in systems management, AI and reporting. (Fluent in Sharepoint, PowerBI- required)
  • Experience in understanding customer needs and creating solutions for customer problems.
  • Strong analytical skills to report, synthesize, distil, and draw conclusions from multiple data sources.
  • Demonstrate critical thought leadership, excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management discipline
  • Ability to interact and collaborate across functions
  • Fluent in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT:

  • Ownership of the Procurement Knowledge Management intranet to ensure its comprehensive, up-to-date, and user-friendly resource that supports the Procurement function’s efficient knowledge sharing and collaboration. Responsible for developing the roadmap, content creation and management, driving adoption, training and support, performance metrics, and compliance and governance of the site. Responsible for determining the purpose and positioning of intranet in relation to new solutions.
  • Manage Supplier Gateway website to streamline supplier engagement, improve efficiency, and ensure the delivery of a seamless user experience. This includes managing Segment communication activities and creating a content and functionality roadmap with colleagues in Process Ownership, Effectiveness and Digital Technologies.
  • Ownership of market intelligence platforms to enhance strategic decision-making and procurement processes. This includes platform integration into the procurement workflow and learning journeys, driving user awareness and value, leveraging strategic insights from the platforms, managing the membership and vendor relationships, and ensuring a robust feedback loop for continuous improvement.
  • Business owner of Skills Assessment product for Procurement function. Establish and maintain expertise in product to support Procurement's learning initiatives, ensuring effective use and maximization of the platform's capabilities. This includes platform mastery, user support, and continuous improvement working with users and the vendor.
  • For all knowledge management responsibilities, the role-holder will be gathering data and insights to formulate points of view and recommendations for improving the solutions through technology. (e.g. AI, automation and integrations with systems)

CAPABILITY ANALYST:

  • Ownership of Skills and Learning reporting for Procurement; responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and strategic impact of Procurement skills and learning data reporting by leveraging the multiple sources to drive informed decision-making and talent development. This includes:
  • Combine data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of learning outcomes and skills assessments
  • Data gathering and insights; formulate points of view and recommendations for improving skills-building process and experience
  • Tracking results against KPIs and providing insights to improve participation
  • Enhance the accuracy and utility of skills and training data reporting.
  • Generate reports for use by Capability & Engagement team, Effectiveness teams and Line Managers to provide insights on learning outcomes and skills assessments to drive decision-making and action.
