Commercial Digital Technologies Direct Procurement S4 Technology Senior Lead will be reporting to EC Program Director as part of Digital Core Transformation program organization. The role will be a key leading position in Mars ET DT responsible for consistent deployment of the new S2P Direct Procurement shared template in partnership with Solution Architects and 3rd party partners (e.g. IBM, Deloitte, Bain, Accenture etc) as part of segment roll-out strategy. The person in this role will collaborate closely with Mars segments deployment teams to ensure their Unit Direct procurement requirements have been collected and addressed and x-functional needs are met for Quality, Accounts Payable, External Manufacturing and others.

FOCUS: New Source to Pay Direct Procurement shared template will need to be built, and it is critical to ensure Global standard is established. The focus of this role will be to support S4 rollouts from Design to Implementation, ensuring consistent functional and technical support is provided to the Segment deployment teams from the centre, in close collaboration with MGS and Segments GxO teams, DT Solution Architects and Design Authority for gap resolution as needed.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience•10+ years of business functional or SAP implementation experience in Material direct procurement, Supply Chain •Ariba Business Network or similar supplier collaboration platform experience•Experience leading global programs and familiarity with Mars project and program framework is a plus•Functional and Technical expertise in SAP MM, Ariba•Excellent communication skills, Conflict management, problem solving, drive for results skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

•Lead Direct Procurement shared template rollout support practice as part of Mars Segments Digital Core deployment roadmaps•Collect and analyse Segment- specific deployment requirements for S2P Direct procurement, work with MGS/Segment GxO to triage identified gaps and work through the options, determine if S2P shared template could address them or a local solution will be required, prepare documentation for DA.•Partner with DT Solution Architects to adjust shared template design if required.•Provide S2P Direct procurement integration, data and other requirements for Common/Segment EDGE systems to enable successful deployment. •Collaborate with Segment DT to provide expertise and input into interim state design for a given Business Unit, while protecting consistency of S2P Direct procurement template across Mars enterprise. •Manage Segment SIs and other respective 3rd party to ensure that S2P Direct procurement shared template has been configured for a specific deployment Unit in alignment with the original design, provide guidance and support to them to ensure consistency. •Own completion of SIT testing, Cutover, data support, interface validation, reports, enhancements, automation, process intelligence validation for S2P Direct procurement scope of the deployment. •Own fixing deployment issues for S2P Direct procurement scope in collaboration with the Segment DT, including common/segment EDGE from/to S4 integration SIT, cutover and nurture issues. •Develop Global training materials and provide train – the trainer sessions for S2P Direct procurement shared template, in collaboration with GxOs, including documented handover to end-state support.
