What are we looking for?
This role is responsible for leading the category growth agenda with One Stop and Tesco (Seasonal range), through building best in class relationships. You will deliver performance and category functional excellence through category growth insights-based solutions to help build best in class customer partnerships. You will be the voice of the customer, category and shopper within the business and will play a role in defining the strategic direction with the Customer.
What are we looking for?
Someone who is:
Highly numerate and analytical.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Category experience
Grocery category experience preferred, but not essential.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Leading the overall drafting, development and delivery of short- and long-term customer category strategy and thought leadership with the customer.
Ownership of the Seasonal delivery with the customer through reporting, thought-leadership and identifying future growth opportunities.
Lead engagement with the customer through the Snacking category vision ensuring a strong understanding of the category growth drivers and how they translate to growth opportunities
Build strong and influential relationships both internally and externally with stakeholders, based on delivering shopper, channel and category centric solutions so that Mars Wrigley is viewed as THE category trusted expert.
