Job Description:

Join Mars as a Business Process Lead – Drive Change That Matters

At Mars, we’re building the world we want tomorrow, today. We're looking for a Business Process Lead to help shape how we work—bringing fresh thinking, smart strategy, and a human touch to business transformation.

What’s the role about?

You’ll lead the charge on improving business processes—identifying inefficiencies, assessing impacts, and creating smart, structured change plans that support our people systems and performance. From stakeholder engagement to training and communication, you’ll make change not only possible but successful.

Using frameworks like Prosci ADKAR or Lean Six Sigma, you’ll guide teams through transformation—tracking adoption, measuring success, and continuously improving along the way.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in change management or business process improvement.

  • Strong stakeholder skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Familiarity with change frameworks and performance tracking tools.

  • A passion for making work better—for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current processes and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • Build and deliver change strategies that align with business goals.

  • Partner with leaders and teams to ensure smooth, sustainable adoption.

  • Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and communication plans.

  • Monitor success using KPIs, surveys, and data insights.

What you can expect from Mars:

  • A purpose-driven business guided by the Five Principles.

  • Inclusive, supportive teams and world-class learning opportunities.

  • Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits.

  • A chance to create real, lasting impact—starting on day one.

Excited to lead meaningful change? Apply now & shape the future with Mars.
