This transversal role collaborates with Operations Managers, Regional and Global Vice Presidents, with peers cross-functionally and with local BCM Leaders, BCM Managers and their back-ups. The role helps sites with their local BCM Program, support when the BCM process is activated and guide in resiliency, risk mitigation or preparedness activities.

The Petcare BCM & Resiliency Program pioneers industry best practice with the 3 Pillars of BCM including the Enterprise Risk Management element. This position is expected to co-ordinate the execution of BCM pillar activities in collaboration with the needs of the MVH International business, with the direction of the CARE POI Director and with the collaboration of the Global Petcare BCM & Resiliency team. This role will report into the Global MVH BCM & Resiliency Senior Manager.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ Years’ experience in the Services business, hospital operations strongly preferred
  • Experience in collaborating with technology & operational teams
  • 3+ Years' experience in new program deployment
  • Risk Management experience
  • Auditing of business processes

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Implement, optimize and maintain the Petcare BCM & Resiliency framework for the MVH International businesses
  • Ensure that hospitals and clinics are prepared for unplanned events and have an actionable protocol for escalation, reporting and recovery processes.
  • Stakeholder listening and engagement of specific needs and strategies required for operational risks.
  • Reporting on status of implementation, operational risk mitigation strategies and escalations in quarterly forums.
