What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for a DevSecOps architect for Integration workstream that will be responsible to establish the DevSecOps practice using appropriate toolsets and processes that will enable integration workstream to deliver at scale with agility for Mars transformation programs

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • In a complex, multiplatform environment such as Mars, the DevSecOps architect will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and our SI partner(s), including Dev teams, operations, quality assurance, and security, to streamline processes and ensure consistency across all platforms including SAP BTP, Azure IS, Solace Event Mesh, B2B technologies.
  • Enables Integration Delivery Teams for transformation programs at Mars to ship features —at scale—rapidly, securely with the highest quality product teams can fully embrace DevOps services, automation, culture, and lean methods while keeping cost of operations low.
  • Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity, agility, code quality, pipelines, automated testing and observability to reduce manual effort and improve product quality for an effective rollouts of integration solution for transformation programs
  • Establish and employ Continuous Integration and Deployment practices for the transformation programs using cloud-native managed services and DevOps tools. Employ Continuous Delivery patterns and collaboratively work with the Transformation program's Change Management Team to achieve successful continuous delivery solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with transformation office to align on build and release processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Promote DevOps principles and culture across Integration Hub for the success of Mars transformation programs.
  • Implement mechanism for Integration service introduction for transformation programs to Operations team
  • Observability
    • Platform observability
    • Business Process observability : advocate the benefits of business process observability by capturing “events that matter“ and creating dashboards
  • Security
    • Point of contact for Infosec team, responsible for enforcing Mars security policies within our Integration development process and platform
  • Operationalize service management for new platform until they are handed over to Operations (e.g. SAP BTP, Azure)
    • Establish operating procedures to support the integration platforms and interfaces (APIs, events, flows) going through them
    • Leads operations service management team until platform is handed over to operations team ensuring SLAs are achieved
