About the Role This role manages the affiliate project pipeline, ensuring efficient execution with expertise in project and process management.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in a technical field with experience in food-related technologies

• Extensive R&D expertise, preferably in a global setting

• Strong background in Product, Process, or Packaging

• Fluency in English

• Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary, multicultural environments

• Experience in project management, risk assessment, and root cause analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide R&D inputs for high-quality project execution

• Support technical project pipeline alignment with Make Market activities

• Co-lead R&D activities for affiliate projects

• Assist in registration processes and claims substantiation

• Offer insights on packaging requirements and process challenges

• Conduct feasibility and risk assessments for deployment markets

• Manage complexity by providing technical solutions for packaging, processes, and market adaptations
