About Safety and Resilience (S&R) function:
With the Integrator 2030 strategy, Maersk aims to leverage the unique scale and scope of our operational control to provide the visibility, flexibility, and control that our customers require.
We in S&R function set Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Business Resilience and Quality standards for every operation under APMM control and constantly work with the business to meet required standards in all of our operation, such that we are able to provide customers with a truly integrated logistics in a safe and efficient manner.
About the Role:
As a Senior Process Partner you will be responsible for mapping, developing, and implementing processes for all teams within the Safety & Resilience function and support to embed these processes into the digital operating model of the function to ensure seamless integration and efficiency. Further, a Senior Process Partner is accountable for process design and interconnection with other processes with operation, customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize processes (Level 3 to Level 5) while ensuring seamless integration with related workflows.
Define process objectives, targets, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain an up-to-date Process Map library for all associated process levels.
Ensure compliance with process governance standards and best practices.
Lead the implementation of new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and integration within the Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) digital system for real-time monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate with the Center of Excellence, regional teams, and the S&R Digital Project team to align process improvements with business needs.
Use data-driven insights from digital tools to assess and enhance process efficiency.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices in line with company standards.
Drives standardization to the process landscape, including negotiation with other process Functional Process Ownes and Product Owners on process conflicts or interruptions ensuring an end-to-end seamless integration.
Drive continuous improvement of processes based on input from frontline/execution
Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on frontline feedback.
Support HSSE Digital Projects and facilitate digital adoption through training, engagement, and change management, while promoting a digital-first mindset by training teams on new technologies, fostering engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong skills in project management, change management, problem-solving, and customer-centricity.
Strong ability to analyze, design, and document processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Relevant professional certifications in process management, project management, or change management are a potential advantage
Collaborative mindset—actively seeks insights and feedback for ongoing enhancements.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies.
Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to driving innovation.
