Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their issues and collaborate closely with local co-workers to ensure prompt exception handling.
- Maintain a high level of customer centricity and deliver excellent customer service.
- Take ownership of issues with low tolerance for delays and inaccuracies.
- Read and respond to both internal and customer emails within the defined SLAs for specific communication channels.
- Adhere to system workflows and respond within strict deadlines.
- Take on additional responsibilities such as reports, and analysis based on business requirements.
- Meet all import custom manifest service and deadline requirements to eliminate any service failures.
- Follow standardized processes and tasks without compromising customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in Import Customs Manifest is as MUST
- Graduates with over 3-4 years of Shipping and Logistics (Customs) experience and good communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end shipping cycle.
- Structured and attentive to quality.
- Ability to handle complex data and processes.
- Contributes ideas and suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
- Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
- Cross-learning capability and supporting the team as needed, being an engaged team member.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with computer and MS Office applications especially Excel and Word
- Good typing speed.
