Key responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Multicarrier CX & Implementation Lead to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a key focal point, overseeing Customs & Transportation customer-facing activities. You will act as the overall control tower, ensuring task completion and delivery according to the stipulated lead times set by customers, in alignment with operational capabilities. Additionally, you will proactively update and manage close relationships with our customers.
Vendor Management, Ensure the vendor timely process customs declaration, meet the KPI and comply to company SOPs
Submit timely and correct reports
Check all documents received from customer and pro-actively drive corrections if needed
Coordinate with internal & external (customer) to ensure that the Customs Declaration Entry will be applied correctly and in timely manner or as per customer requirements.
Ensuring transports is planned on time in alignment with customer requirements
Enforce full compliance of the company’s high-performance standard in relation to customer service.
Ensure smooth implementations of new accounts & process is implemented according to stipulated SOP.
Understand department process flow, constantly looking for area of improved efficiency.
We’re looking for
At least 3 year(s) of related experience in freight-forwarding industry, with land transportation management as a focus
Strong understanding of the freight forwarding landscape in Philippines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and Computer literate
Ideally with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
