Key responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced land transportation professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible to manage and handle all transport coordination, working closely with our prestige customers and vendors to ensure all trucking / haulage are on-time.

• Coordinate and manage overall transportation activities, reporting, and customer communications

• Ensuring all variety of trucks and haulage services are in compliance with with local regulations

• Ensure good working relationship with vendors and monitor vendor service, report trends to manager and relationship liaisons. Conduct supplier performance management

• Collaborate with other team, such as product, sales, and customer service teams, frontline, etc.

• Work with Product and Procurement team to handle ad-hoc special operational tasks or new implementation.

• Ensure all new change initiatives are implemented by the team and within the standard global landscape.

• Provide updates, issues, and concerns along with possible solutions to management.

• Identifies and suggest opportunities for continuous improvements, and cost reductions.

• Simplification and standardization of operational process to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.

We’re looking for

• Diploma or Degree in logistics/supply chain related field

• At least 2 years in relevant freight forwarding with experience in managing land transports.

• Good interpersonal communication skills, relationship management and collaboration skills.

• Result driven and passion for growth.

• Adaptive to fast and continuous change.
