We are on a journey to become and integrator in logistics and we are looking for a Team Leader within the Customer Delivery Inland organisation in either Aarhus or Gothenburg that can help us continue this journey.
You will be responsible to guide and lead the inland ops team to deliver first class delivery to our customers in cooperation with our internal stakeholders while at the same actively participate in the execution. You will structure and manage the day-to-day activities for efficient execution in cooperation with our many vendors as well manage the varies tasks with defined priorities based on the urgency and importance.
We look for someone that can continue to build and maintain an engaged and diverse team with a strong focus towards delivering first class execution and as well assist to deliver on our agreed KPI’s.
You need to be a self-starter with a proactive mindset to make sure we actively prepare for tomorrow. You do not shy away from challenging status quo and are good at building relationships.
Daily execution is packed with challenges and changes -both on short and long term. Hence if you see opportunities instead of roadblocks when facing challenges, then this is the right place for You.
As technology plays a vital part of our journey to become a true integrator in logistics then is key that You are able to assist, guide and help the team to resolve challenges that might arise when we continue to enhance existing systems as well when integrating new systems.
Some of your responsibilities will, but not limited to:
- Assist to improve our competitiveness to service our customers through integrated solutions
- Drive and support standardisation within Inland processes through use of dashboards and identify areas for improvement and address with relevant stakeholders to improve.
- Drive and support operational excellence and efficiency in accordance to our metrics
- Process exception resolution
- Support our Inland Delivery team with training, best practise sharing and implementations of new systems
- Internal point of contact for escalations where needed
- Liaising and facilitating contact with internal stakeholders
- External stakeholder cooperation together with relevant stakeholders
- Act as backup for Inland Delivery Manager when needed
- Provide input on identified gaps in processes, platforms, communication etc.
- Onboard new customers in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
