Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Airfreight Operations activities post-booking, including documentation, system updates, and financial processes.
- Proactively communicate with Customer Service to address exceptions and resolve queries.
- Conduct warehouse inventory checks and ensure timely invoicing for customers and inter-company transactions.
- Ensure accurate job costing and review outstanding supplier invoices, vendor rates, and inter-company billing.
- Oversee pending job statuses and ensure adherence to financial controls and global policies.
- Collaborate closely with Finance for vendor setups, job profitability reviews, and invoice reconciliation.
- Resolve system interface issues and validate spot shipment quotations.
We Are Looking For
- Experience in freight forwarding or air freight operations is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of import operations, permits, and customs processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with KEWILL and Cargowise is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
- Capable of completing tasks, including physical duties, within tight deadlines
- Willingness to work based on the Singapore calendar.
