What you'll do

• Responsible for IT services in second-level support for our software products (Java-based web applications/ .Net client-server software), as well as for consulting on interfaces.
• Planning, documentation and support of customer projects during installation and configuration processes of our software products and the required server structures.
• Manage servers, networks, software updates, scripts and database systems.
• Acceptance and coordination of customer concerns via telephone and e-mail.
• First contact for recording, classifying and processing (technical) requests in our ticket system.
• Providing individual solutions and assistance.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree as an IT specialist (specializing in system integration) or relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge of current Windows server operating systems. Knowledge in Linux is desirable.
• Knowledge of Web Application Server (Apache Tomcat/IIS).
• Knowledge of modern SSO technologies such as OAuth and SAML.
• Basic knowledge of common network technologies.
• Basic knowledge of common database systems.
• Experience in creating scripts in Powershell.
• Basic knowledge of certificates.
• German and English spoken and written.
• You are open to new technologies.
• You have a high sense of responsibility and analytical skills.
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
